The view from Block N140, in words
Angle. You sit side-on along the pitch, the classic view: the whole width of the game is in front of you and both ends are a similar distance away.
Distance and height. You sit about 50 metres from the centre spot and roughly 11 metres up. That is a low seat: close to the action at your end and fully in the atmosphere, with a flatter angle for judging distance at the far end.
Tier. Sir Alex Ferguson Stand — Tier 1. Tier 1 of the big north stand, near halfway and sensibly elevated. If you want one block that shows Old Trafford at its best, this is it.
Who Block N140 suits
Watching the game properly. If that sounds like you — and the price is in line with its 4.6/5 rating rather than a premium block's — this is a sound buy.
Who should look elsewhere
Very few people: this is one of the ground's best blocks. Only skip it if the price is inflated well beyond neighbouring blocks with similar ratings.
